Students Grades 6-8 will take the following assessments:
6th grade: ELA 6 and Math 6
7th grade: ELA 7 and Math 7 (or Algebra End of Course exam)
8th grade: ELA 8, Sci 8, Math 8 (or Algebra or Geometry End of Course exam)

Attention all parents of 6th grade students
All students entering the 7th grade in the fall of 2023 are required by Ohio School Law to show proof of the following immunizations BEFORE the start of the school year.
Tdap (tetanus,diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine
MCV4 (meningococcal) vaccine
Please check with your medical provider to see if your student has had these immunizations. These immunizations can be obtained at any time from now until the first day of 7th grade.
As soon as the required immunizations are obtained, please bring in a copy of the immunization record OR have your provider fax the record directly to the school at (fax) # 513-273-3303.
If your student has not had these immunizations, please contact your child's medical provider or the Health Department to schedule an appointment. The Health Department provides vaccines for a nominal charge. No one will be denied vaccination at the Health Department for inability to pay. VACCINE CLINIC INFORMATION
