Marshall Elementary Weekly E-News

February 21, 2020

A Peaceful, Productive, Healthy, and Happy Community

The mission of Marshall Elementary is to work as a community to achieve higher levels of thinking and learning by empowering every learner everyday.

School News and Information

We will soon be starting construction on a new Marshall.  This will be an exciting time for our students - especially those in K-3 who will be in the new building in the Fall of 2021.  When construction begins this will impact some of our normal operations. Staff who currently park in the back parking lot will be parking in the front lot.  This will reduce the number of open spaces for afternoon pick up so additional cars will need to park on the playground area for afternoon pick up. As we get closer we will provide you with more information.  We hope to make everything work as smoothly as possible. We will all have a little patience as we work through the process.

Also there is a Board of Education Work Session on Wednesday at 6:00 PM in the Talawanda High School Media Center regarding design alternates for the building.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

School-Linked Healthcare

Students can receive great healthcare services at the Oxford Primary Health Solution Community Health Center during the school day.  Transportation is provided by the school district and coordinated through the school nurse. Service is also available for Oxford Pediatrics.
