Kramer- E-news 4/20/2018

Happy Friday!

Thank you to Jill Page for organizing COSI on Wheels.  The students had a great time and we couldn’t have pulled it off without our amazing volunteers.  Thank you to the Kramer PTG for providing a great event and thank you to our volunteers!

NO SCHOOL for Students- Election Day May 8, 2018

To TSD Parents:

Keeping Talawanda students safe and secure is our highest priority. The Butler County

Board of Elections utilizes multiple government facilities in the area on election days, and often this includes school facilities. The Talawanda Board of Education has opted to

cancel school for Talawanda students on Tuesday May 8, 2018 due to election day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that by informing you as

early as possible, that parents will have the time to make appropriate arrangements for

childcare on that day.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding!

On Monday, April 30 TMS PTG will host an evening for 5th families to tour and to learn more about life here at TMS before they enter as 6th graders in the fall. Our event kicks off at 6pm with complimentary snacks and drinks provided/donated by many of our local restaurants and Pepsi. We will have some short presentations about TMS classes, clubs, and the Glen Helen Experience. The rest of the evening will be spent touring the building and asking questions. The newly created National Junior Honor Society will help with tours of the building and help students practice opening up a school locker.
