Happy Friday! We hope you’ve enjoyed the roller coaster week of weather. Enjoy the sunshine and warmer weather this weekend!
5th grade parents, your students heard from the TMS counselors about the class options for next year. Please ask them to share the scheduling request sheet with you and review the choices. These forms should be signed and returned to their homeroom teachers next week.
Kindergarten Information
Kramer PTG Conference Meal Information
Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are on March 5th (Tuesday) and March 7th (Thursday) this year. Kramer PTG provides meals on those nights when teachers/staff work extra long hours. Kramer PTG will purchase the main dish. But we ask parents for help on other items & to help set up & break down the meals. The teachers are extremely appreciative of the food because they are going straight from teaching to meeting with parents. It's an easy way for us to show how much we appreciate all they do. We feed about 40-50 teachers/staff each night & set up identical meals in the downstairs & upstairs work rooms. So we need as much help as we can get!

World Language Reminder
World Language class will be canceled on March 19th due to the election.
Beginning Band- Mr. Marston- TMS
We are planning to have our first beginning band demo evening on Monday, March 11 at the middle school from 5-7 pm.

Attendance Reminder!
ABSENCE FROM SCHOOL PROCEDURES
Before 8:30 a.m. on the day of absence, a parent/guardian should call the Attendance line, Kramer Office at 513-273-3500, to report a student absent from school. This line is available 24 hours a day. If a parent has called the Attendance line, a written note WILL NOT be necessary. If a call has not been received, the Office will begin making home phone calls to missing students by 8:30 a.m. in compliance with the Missing Child Act. Students who have not been called in and wish to have his/her absence excused MUST, within 5 school days, present a note stating the date(s) of absence, reason of absence, and parent/guardian signature. Parents may excuse their child for a total of TEN days each school year. After TEN days of parent excuses, all absences will be considered UNEXCUSED unless supported by a doctor's note. Vacation days may be excused as part of the 10 total Parent notes.

THS Drama Department- A Year with Frog and Toad
Our drama students (high school and middle school) will present A Year With Frog and Toad at the high school PAC on March 16th and 17th at 7 pm and on Sunday the 17th at 2 pm. This musical is based on Arnold Lobel's Frog and Toad books.
If we can spread the news to the elementary schools that would be great. If you could add this to your e-newsletter that would be greatly appreciated. Tickets are $5 for kids up to 10, and $8 for kids and adults over 10.

Please remember that students can only charge up to $50 on their lunch account. If you exceed this amount, the lunch fees will be added to your school fees. If you require assistance with your lunch fees, please reach out to your school's social worker or principal.
