Formatting Issues with Board Docs Software Program

Issue with Board Docs:

It has been reported that some users have experienced some difficulty in accessing some information typically available in Board Docs.  The district is working with the company to troubleshoot these issues and concerns.  Please note that information such as meeting minutes are available in Board Docs through multiple methods.  If the meeting minutes a person may be seeking is not readily available through the "Meeting Minutes" section, they can also be accessed through the "Meeting Agenda" section.  Each meeting agenda will include the minutes for the previous meeting.

If any person continues to have trouble accessing information they may need through Board Docs they can report this to and gain support to resolve this issue by emailing publicrecords@talawanda.org.

In addition, the monthly school board meetings (and any special meetings) are available on video on the district website and can be viewed HERE.
