UPDATE- Bogan Employee Investigation

UPDATE 2:  Employee Investigation- Bogan Elementary:

TSD recently reported information in regard to a staff member that was under investigation for making physical contact with a student.  The district has learned that in conversation and on social media there have been reports that the physical contact was sexual in nature.  This rumor IS NOT true, and the district would like to clarify this now.  Local law enforcement and legal organizations are reporting correctly that the issue is not sexual in nature.

This issue is still an open investigation both in the district and in Butler County, and TSD does not intend to comment on this matter further.
